We accept returns made within 14 days of delivery receipt subject to a $15 restock fee.

To be eligible for a refund, your pieces must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received them, with the original tags, please re-pack with care. Pieces that do not meet our policy standard will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If you would prefer a store credit, please contact Customer Care before your return is with us to request this change.

If you do not meet the 14 day returns window, you will be sent an email containing a store credit to use online only. Store credits are also subject to a $15 restock fee. 

Please note, original shipping fees will not be credited back upon returns in which they apply to.

eskandar ltd. is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. To avoid this happening, please follow the instructions below to Start a Return and use the UPS Pre-Paid return label included in your order. We recommend obtaining the receipt provided by UPS when dropped off.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If would like to swap your pieces, please kindly place a new order and return your current piece for a refund. Contact Customer Care with your return confirmation # and new order #, to allow Customer Care to waive the $15 restock fee.

Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete. Processing times for your refund will depend on your banking institution.

Sale pieces that are marked 'FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.' Do not qualify for a return and will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.

To start a return, please email online@eskandar.com with details of your order #, the piece(s) you would like to return and the reasons for returning. The email address this return is requested from, must match that used to place the order.

A UPS Pre-Paid return label will be included in your order, you will need to request a pick up or drop your return to a UPS service location. We recommend obtaining the receipt provided by UPS when dropped off. Please include any requests for a new Pre-Paid return label in your email to Customer Care.
